the vision:

Before vendor consultations and deep diving into the design details, you and I will discuss the overview of your experience. What do you want your wedding to look and feel like? We start by exploring seasonality, the time of day, and potential locations. Next it's time to entice all the senses by focusing on the colors, textures, sounds, and scents you wish to highlight. Ultimately, these elements come together seamlessly to craft an immersive experience that is uniquely and unmistakably yours. 

Budget Development:

The conversation about finances should be open and transparent. Like any investment, it's important to understand how and where your funds are being allocated contributing to the overall mood of the day. We will discuss the budget in detail, establishing clear guidelines within an agreed-upon range. From there, I'll present options that align with your budget and vision. 

location sourcing:

The venue is the foundation -- everything begins here. Every decision, from design to our selection of creative partners, hinges on the location. It should be both breathtaking and functional. Our journey starts with securing the perfect venue, whether you already have one in mind or we search for it together. My location services include thorough site inspections, in-depth research, and contract negotiations to ensure every detail is covered. 

vendor selection:

Selection of your creative partners can be the difference between crying tears of joy versus tears of regret on your big day. Our selection process includes research, referrals, and consultations with vendors prior to presenting them as options. Ensuring that your vendor team consists of event professionals is a top priority. Nothing but the best for our couples as we work to exceed your wedding day expectations. 

design & details:

Wedding design is deeply personal and intentional. My approach begins with understanding your unique perspective, blending it with my own artistic vision to create something truly one-of-a-kind. Each event is designed to reflect your journey, honoring your past, celebrating your present and envisioning your future. I dedicate as much time as needed to truly get to know you before starting the design process. My aim is to curate an experience timeless yet modern, combining contemporary style with romantic and refined details. Design goes beyond aesthetics; it shapes the flow, guest experience and every element of your wedding from entertainment to service. 

Presentation:

The presentation experience is integral to my process. Our clients can expect to receive a curated collection of custom documents and tools throughout the planning journey. These resources are designed to help you visualize your event and may include inspiration boards, sketches, renderings, AI-generated designs and live presentations. 

production:

After you approve your design, we transition into the production phase. I take on the role of liaison, managing every detail. From overseeing custom creations, sourcing the perfect florals and rentals to finalizing entertainment and curating menus. I'll ensure that every element is executed to your exact specifications. 

event execution:

IT'S WEDDING DAY! Bringing theses designs to life takes more than just a day. Some of the designs featured in our portfolio can take days to set up. During this time, my team and I are on-site, acting as the central point of coordination between all production partners. With an experienced team in place, every detail is carefully managed, from production setup to guest interactions. Think of us as the conductors behind the scenes, ensuring every element comes together seamlessly.

At Eden Nicole Events we believe that you shouldn't simply spend money for the sake of spending it. Everything we do is in service of connection and to turn a moment into a memory so your guests experience the greatest nights of their lives. This is why we finalize the design with the guest experience in mind.

Once the design is complete, we walk through the day as if we were your guest. Every interaction is a touchpoint. And so we ask the questions…

  1. What are we saying to your guests with your save the date and invitation suite?
  2. How user-friendly is your website?
  3. Have we created experiences?
  4. What opportunities do we take to show them they are valued and loved?
  5. How are they greeted and what are they served?
  6. Have we wowed them with the food, and surprised them with entertainment?
  7. How do we move them from experience to experience throughout the evening?

Moment by moment we consider the five senses. From sight to sound, sound to smell, smell to touch, touch to taste. We walk through the day until we can close our eyes and believe we are in the room. And there, in the midst of it all, is you. Surrounded by the people and things you love most.
